5 days 4 nights Melbourne To Sydney Tour Via Great Ocean Road 12 Apostles, Australian Goldfields & Australia’s Capital City covering everything that you will need to know and see in Australia between Australia’s two biggest cities.

Highlights 

Beaches of Great Ocean Road – The list of Surf Beaches in the vicinity of The Great Ocean Road is indeed endless.
Splits Point Lighthouse – Built in 1891, also known as ‘Eagles Nest Point’;Top of the lighthouse has been highlighted in popular movies and TV Productions, such as “Darkness Falls”, the 2003 horror flick.

Memorial Arch (Eastern View) – Indulge in spontaneous photo shoots with the historic Memorial

Lorne – Morning tea is usually at Lorne town ship overlooking the beautiful Loutit Bay.
Kennett River – Look for cute looking koalas!
Take photos of colourful parrots, lorikeets and keep an eye for the famous kookaburra.
Apollo Bay – Lunch time at Illuka Restaurant!
(Vegetarian, Western, Chinese and Halal food option is available.)
After lunch, explore some of the beautiful attractions of this famous town
12 Apostles – Witness and be enthralled by the rugged splendour of magnificent limestone stacks
that rise majestically on Victoria’s dramatic coastline
Loch Ard Gorge – Take a walk under the shadows of towering limestone cliffs;
Click pictures of the inspiring Archway; Explore the Dumpling Pots and the Razorback;
Or delve in the romantic tales of Australia’s much talked about shipwreck…..The
Loch Ard.
London Bridge – Snap photos at the London Bridge and listen to tales of its “falling down”
Colac – Take a rest break/ dinner (at your own cost)

Then head to our overnight stay in the Goldfields Ballarat.

Day 2: Ballarat Goldfields to Bendigo

We then head to explore and take photographs of the famous gold mining town of Ballarat to visit the Botanical
gardens and Lake Wendouree home of the 1956 Olympics for many of the rowing events for men only. We then head for lunch to eat beautiful local food and while waiting for our food to cook we can go to the Ballarat chocolate shop to
sample the chocolates and buy what you wish.

After lunch we head to Ballarat Sovereign Hill to explore the theme park where you can go gold panning, visit the underground gold mine and many stores that are from the 1850’s period. Later  visit the Gold museum as part of your package to learn about the gold of the area, and to buy gold jewellery if wished. After we head our way to the other famous Gold mining town Bendigo for our overnight stay dinner.

Day 3:

After Breakfast we head to the Bendigo Deborah gold mine where will be going 60 metres under ground for our 90 mins under ground tour experience to learn about the history of gold mining (note if you don’t wish to do this let us know and you can do something else we are flexible) this is a must and is very educational you will be going down a real gold mine abandon but now use for tours.  After this you will have time to explore the souvenir store then go you go on the local city tram ride where you get to explore the city on the local tram.. then our guide will meet at the Bendigo tram museum as after this you will be taken for lunch at one of the many local places for lunch.

After Lunch you will be given free time as we will be dropping you off in front of the Chinese muesum this is part of your package next door to this is Rosalind botanical gardens (during mid September til October 9th each year city host 30000 tulip festival in Rosalind gardens), Rosalind towers where you can see the city from the sky line from the tower view. After a couple of hours of exploring the CBD of Bendigo with your free time we will take you to Bendigo Pottery oldest pottery in Australia built in 1858 a must to try see and do for all.  (Note if you winery we can put in a winery or two in Bendigo area as this is a region for wine and Gold)

After Bendigo we Drive to Albury for overnight say in any of the many accommodation

Day 4:

After Breakfast around 8 am we head out as we explore the border town of Albury then go north to Canberra are first stop will be holebrook where you will see the submarine that was captain by the man who the town is name after entry fees part of the package.  After we keep making our way north to Gundagai to enjoy the beautiful scenery lookout then after will make our to the Dog sits on the tuckerbox great story behind it and one that must be heard and told also our morning tea spot.

This is where the capital Canberra provides a fascinating overview of Australia’s national capital, one of the few planned cities in the world. Designed by visionary architects, Canberra is home to renowned institutions including the Australian War Memorial, the National Museum of Australia, Parliament House, and the Lodge (the Prime Minister’s official residence). lunch views from Mt Ainslie Sunset view of Canberra.  (note we will see as much as we can of Canberra whatever we dont get to see we can finish on day 5)

Day 5:

After Breakfast great place to walk start is for to drive down around around lake Griffith area you can enjoy, take photos to your loves, then we back at Parliament for a guided tour great way to learn and be educated about Australian government politics and the history that has happen who knows you might be lucky and see someone famous while you are here as sometimes parliament will be sitting if so let our guide know and you might want to watch a sitting its something to watch and learn.

After parliament we head to goulburn just one hour drive where north where we have lunch this is the oldest in land city in Australia home of the biggest shop statue and very pretty town to explore and stretch your legs and enjoy coffee in its many great little cafes.

After Lunch we head to Sydney just 2 hours driver north of Goulburn where we will take you either someone in Sydney suburbs or Sydney airport or Sydney CBD  and say goodbye and have that one selfie goodbye with each other.

Note we can do this tour like all our tour in reverse meaning we can start from Sydney and make our way down to Melbourne.
