Your Unforgettable 5-Day Itinerary:

  • Day 1:  8 am to 11 am depending on City Tour see the sights of Melbourne while exploring the lane ways or the historical old buildings or wanting to go shopping at Queen Victoria Market or just catch tram there is something for everyone
  • Then Check into Ibis Kingsgate hotel or similar 
  • Day 2: 8 am Puffing Billy Phillip Island Tour depart for the famous puffing billy steam train then onwards to phillip island to explore and see the famous penguins that come out to land on the beach at Ventnor Phillip Island 
  • Then return to Ibis Kingsgate or similar 
  • Day 3 Great Ocean Road depart melbourne around 8 am by bringing your luggage (during summer we will stop and allow clients to pick strawberries at their own exp
  • ense at Torquay strawberry fields, then we will head to the Great Ocean Road chocolatier try samples of chocolate or try out the cafe at your own expense, next we will head to Anglesea golf course to see kangaroos Then if we have a small group we will head up to the Splits point light house to look at the famous light that has been in so many movies and tv shows, then we will stop at Memorial arch honor of the 3000 world war one veterans who build the great ocean road, then we will explore the great ocean road heading for our lunch (at your own expense) so many choices that cover all religions and dietary requirements, then we will head to maits rest to explore the walk around the of the ottway national park, then 12 apostles amazing site that will speak for itself, then loch ard gorge, london bridge then we will head to our hotel in 
  • Warnaambool we usually stay at close to the town centre if possible (be advise some hotels may not be availible during some parts of the year)  

 

  • Day 4: 8 am depart Warnaambool we head for breakfast to Lady Bay cafe near the water, then we explore the town of Warnaambool then head to Tower hill to lo
  • ok for Koalas, emus and Kangaroos (disclaimer we cant 100 percent guarantee you will see australian wildlife but will try to look for them) Then we drive about 2 hours to Grampians along the way you will see the grampians awesome mountains as we get closer then we will stop at Lake Bellfield also a good place for pictures and a rest room break then after go through the town of Halls gap to head to the Boroka Lookout, then Reeds lookout then Mckenzies falls, after we will go back to the town of Halls gap where you can get lunch (at own expense) then we will drive to our hotel in Ballarat very close to the CBD of the Ballarat city. Menzies hotel or City View Ballarat hotel free wifi 
  • Day 5 after Breakfast we will explore the Ballarat City area going to lake wendouree Then we will take you Soveriegn Hill where you will be there for 3 to 5 hours on average then after we head back to Melbourne CBD where you are staying or to the Melbourne airport. 
    We strongly recommend that you book your flight the next day and stay at the melbourne airport after the tour. So convenient for all. 

What You Should Bring:

Luggage 20 kg bag

Comfortable walking shoes, clothing suitable for all weather conditions (including a warm jacket), a hat, sunscreen, a reusable water bottle (we’ll also provide daily bottled water), a small day pack, any personal medications, swimwear and a towel if you plan to visit beaches, and a camera to capture the memories!

Child Policy: This per-person fare is suitable for adults and children aged 0-17 years (children must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian). Accommodation upgrades may be available upon request and are subject to availability

 

Important Things to Know:

  • As a guide, this tour departs every Saturday however we can also depart other days by request
  • If any scheduled stops are unexpectedly closed, a similar alternative will be provided.
  • Please be aware of the limited storage space on our buses (one main bag of 15-20kg and a small day pack per person).
  • Kindly inform us of any dietary requirements, medical conditions, or religious food preferences, as well as your mobile contact number and flight details at the time of booking.
  • For groups larger than 11 people, please contact us for special arrangements.
  • If you are arriving in Melbourne a day early or staying longer, let us know, and we may be able to assist with accommodation arrangements.
  • This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to operate. If the minimum numbers are not met, we will inform you and make alternative arrangements, such as offering day tours or partnering with other reputable operators.
