Custom and Private Pickup

Tell us where your group is staying, landing or gathering, how many people are travelling and what the day needs to include. We can work around hotels, campuses, offices, conference venues, cruise ship arrivals and agreed public meeting points across Melbourne and Victoria. For a private charter, we can usually pick up from one location or build a simple multi-stop plan when guests are spread across several hotels.

Custom pickup is also useful when a tour begins outside the usual Melbourne route. We can discuss an itinerary for the Great Ocean Road, a multi-day package, a school learning day or a personalised Victorian experience, then allow realistic travel time between pickup, attractions, meals and return. The driver or guide contacts the group lead by SMS on the day, while the final pickup sequence and time are confirmed the evening before with traffic and weather in mind.

For cruise arrivals, include the ship name, terminal, arrival window and luggage details. For education and corporate groups, include the venue, accessibility needs, passenger count and required arrival time. We ask everyone to be ready 10 minutes early, but the practical benefit of a private plan is that we can build in the right amount of time for boarding, headcounts and a calm start.
