Bathing in the hot spring pools is not recommended during pregnancy, or for people with heart conditions, hypertension, circulation disorders or diabetes. The Peninsula Hot Springs may ask you to sign a waiver form prior to entry.

EXCLUSIONS:
  • Spa treatments and wellness inclusions can be pre-booked directly with the Peninsula Hot Springs. Please note limited availability especially during peak season, advantage bookings are required 
  • Locker ($8) and towel ($6) hire is available on arrival at reception payable direct
  • All food and beverages are available for purchase at the Peninsula Hot Springs or you can BYO. Glass and alcohol are prohibited.
  • Meals are not indicated within the itinerary – these are at the guest’s own expense. Guest can buy snacks from the onsite cafes or bring their own snacks.
  • Hotel trasnfers pre/post tour itinerary to a nominated departure point
  • Personal travel insurance is highly recommended

WHAT TO BRING:
  • Swimwear or bathers & a towel
  • Refillable plastic water bottle to stay hydrated. There are ample water taps around to fill them up. 
  • Dress code swimsuits are required in the Bath House bathing area, rash vests and boardshorts are acceptable.
  • Footwear: To reduce the risk of slips, thongs (flip flops) are recommended around pools and any wet areas.
  • We recommend that you bring your own water bottle to drink from during your visit.
  • Spending money to purchase food & beverages from one of the health choice cafe’s onsite. 
  • NO cash payment – All onsite payments will now be cashless, and where possible, contactless.
WEATHER:


Please ensure you have checked the average temperatures for the time of year you are travelling and have packed adequate clothing. In the event of rain or inclement weather, your experience will still go ahead, unless contacted by the provider.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Please provide the guest’s contact phone number at the time of booking (either international with country code or Australian number).
  • Please re-confirm your tour details within 7 days prior to departure 
  • Bathing in the hot spring pools is not recommended during pregnancy or for people with heart conditions, hypertension, circulation disorders or diabetes. The Peninsula Hot Springs may ask you to sign a waiver form prior to entry
  • If purchasing Transport Only fare, please ensure you have pre-purchased your own spa experience ticket valid for a 10:00am entry.
  • Dress code swimsuits are required in the Bath House bathing area, rash vests and boardshorts are acceptable. Footwear: To reduce the risk of slips, thongs (flip flops) are recommended around pools and any wet areas.
  • A similar alternative will be provided should and our normal scheduled stops be closed for special events or public holidays
  • Limited storage space on our buses, and we are unable to accept wheelchairs, prams, strollers, suitcases or large backpacks.
  • Locker ($8) and towel ($6) hire is available on arrival at reception payable direct.
  • NO cash payments – All onsite payments will now be cashless, and where possible, contactless.
  • BYO Glassware and alcohol is not permitted at Peninsula Hot Springs.
