Do you love pizza at home,  but don’t know where to begin with your pizza making party? This pizza online class will take the mystery out of pizza dough, fillings, baking. Celebrate, meet and learn while enjoy pizza with our Victorian wines. Why don’t team up with friends, family, and colleagues for a massive pizza-making party at home with one of our expert chef at home using Zoom class? 

Learning to make pizza in the backyard is a true Aussie homemade culinary adventure with beginning with making the perfect dough then learn how to shape your best bases, get inspiration for composing your gourmet pizza filling. Our expert chef introduces you to making Napoli sauce for your pizza. 

This class will start with our reminder for you to make Italian pizza dough from scratch and gather all the ingredient one day before your pizza class. You will start heating up the Roccbox. Get ready to throw some dough! Show off your best dough-tossing skills, as you compete against your mate in the ultimate #BiggerTosser #otaokitchen challenge. 

Once you’ve topped your pizza with your favourite Italian ingredients, we’ll place it in our new Gozney oven – cooking the pizzas @500.degree for 90 seconds. Now you want to be in charge of the oven like a pizza chef – à la the authentic Neapolitan way! The kit will have gluten, but you can do vegan and dairy-free pizza for your buddies.

SPECIAL DIETARY NOTES
  • We can cater for vegetarian, vegan perfectly, nut free
  • If you are gluten-free then it would be a substitute for bought in pizza bases
  • If you are dairy free then it would be a non dairy item
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Our pizza making parties are perfect for your private event, hens party and fun corporate team building activities. For private bookings, this class can be held at your home, your chosen venue or in our fully equipped kitchen. Give your special event the ultimate touch and learn all the secrets from our experienced chefs to prepare the most perfect pizza, eat your delicious creation and enjoy a fun social experience with your friends and loved ones.
  • For a large corporate party of 24+ guests, we can include another class such as sushi, pasta or dumpling as it would give the group a second option of cooking and making in the same room. 
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, you will need to email hello@otaokitchen.com.au. You must do this at least 7 days before your class to cancel or reschedule. We are sorry that we cannot refund or rebook any cancellations made online or in-person after this time.
  • In the event that you are unwell, we ask that you send someone in your place. The participants who are not unwell will still be expected to attend. Alternatively, if you provide notice prior to the class, you are welcome to collect the ingredients and online recipe to take home with you after the class. Please note that this may not be possible as fresh meats and seafood in all cases, and you should call 0408 217 899 to check with the chef team. This cannot be organised via email.
  • Lateness: please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the class. We cannot accommodate or refund for those who arrive after the scheduled start time, even if you call ahead. The instructor will be expected to start on time and will not be able to repeat the health and safety and/or demonstrations at the beginning of the class.
