Great Ocean Road + Otway Rainforest Private Charter

Our private 2 day Great Ocean Road tour picks you up from your city hotel or Federation Square and departs Melbourne over the West Gate Bridge, travelling through the volcanic plains to Geelong for a stroll along the beautifully transformed waterfront, then joining the Great Ocean Road at Torquay with stops including Bells Beach and a scenic morning tea location.

Day one focuses on Australian native wildlife with Eastern Grey Kangaroos in the wild, the Memorial Arch, lunch in Lorne, koalas and colourful native birds at Kennett River, a 1km guided walk through a cool temperate rainforest gully in the Great Otway National Park to see the world's tallest flowering plants, and check-in at Beacon Point Ocean View Villas, private self-contained villas set high on a hill overlooking the Southern Ocean, with dinner at the famous Chris's at Beacon Point, the only local restaurant awarded a Chef's Hat.

Day two starts with breakfast at the Bay Leaf Cafe, then travels through the Otway Ranges to the Shipwreck Coast with a stop at Castle Cove, the 12 Apostles in the morning sun when they are crowd free, Loch Ard Gorge with its full shipwreck story and original artifacts, lunch in Port Campbell, and the lesser-known west section taking in London Bridge, Bay of Islands, Bay of Martyrs and Boat Bay before returning to Melbourne around 6pm.
